We at MONERE are looking for an experienced software and WordPress developer or final year student in Software and Web development to help with our development of a comprehensive web-based career platform application.

Core Features:

– Job Listings: Employers can post jobs, and their own staff can browse and search listings.
– User Profiles: Staff can create and manage profiles showcasing their skills, experiences, and resumes and search through company vacancies and possible promotion opportunities throu upskilling.
– Application Tracking: A system to track job applications, with status updates and notifications.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

– Proficiency in WordPress and web application development requied.
– Experience in building career or job-related platforms preferable.
– Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
– Ability to implement robust tracking systems and databases.
– Detailed understanding of database and web security in site development.
– Preferable experience in DIVI for WordPress and plugin development.
– the application must be able to avaluate and analyse inputed cv and correlate with vacancies.
