Our Leadership Development Programme called The Lighthouse Leadership programme is aimed at Senior Leaders who may have a number of teams ultimately reporting into them via middle managers. It is named the Lighthouse programme because of the requirement of a Leader to be a strategic thinker, to prevent problems from occurring and to ultimately be a beam of light for all those who encounter them.

This is a 5-day programme that will challenge the Senior Leaders to disrupt the status quo and to lead by example in the review and refreshing of their own Leadership style whilst also contributing to gaining a competitive advantage for the organisation. It will encourage and inspire Senior Leaders and their reports to reach beyond their current capacity and to commit fully to the values and behaviours as expected at their company.

 

   AIM OF THE PROGRAMME

 

The aim of the programme is to give the graduates the ability to set, align and execute strategy as well as have Emotional Intelligence in how they lead others. They also need to be able to identify and and address Conflict and work through it effectively. It is also of great importance to be competent in exceeding Client expectations.

PROGRAMME METHODOLOGY

The programme themes have core topics with each topic having key learning points. Learners will be expected to participate in learning before, during and after the programme to encourage maximum transfer of learning. The style will be participative, facilitative and regular activities, discussion and contextualised learning conversations.


  GRADUATE SUPPORTS

During the programme, we host check-in webinar sessions to support and evaluate its progress. We give the graduates access to email and phone support throughout the programme and the graduates Direct Manager is equipped with questions and tools with which to support the graduate back in their role.
