Course Overview:
As employees stay longer in the workplace, as people progress up the ladder into management roles at a younger age, and as people pivot jobs and careers at a higher rate than ever, we must consider that up to five generations of workers may be working together in companies and organisations.
This session will give us the opportunity to explore the realities around working with multiple generations, and how businesses can implement best practices around working in a multi-generational culture.
