She is also responsible for quality assurance of all courses and interventions as well as meeting clients and drafting initial proposals.

Kerri has 15 years’ experience working in a variety of roles in manufacturing, hospitality and childcare. She has a diverse skillset which includes an aptitude for liaising with colleagues and clients to ensure expectations are met. She has the energy and curiosity for research and information exchange which makes her an invaluable asset to the MONERE team. Kerri is also responsible for junior members of the research and design team.

Trainer and Business Developer

Terri is our Cork-based trainer. She delivers a variety of courses in person and virtually, including Presentation Skills, Train the Trainer, Virtual Communication Skills and much more. She enjoys working with groups and individuals to help them become more aware of communication styles, personality types, strengths and weaknesses, and goal-setting benefits, and to help companies upskill their managers and employees in personal and professional skills.
Terri has been involved in training and development for over 20 years in a wide range of areas such as Professional and Personal Development, IT, and Radio/Media Production.

John is a recent addition to the team at MONERE after completing a BSc in Information Technology at Waterford Institute of Technology.
