Methodology and Lifecycle of a Training Course
We use a solution of blended learning methodologies, interactive virtual sessions/workshops, self-study and practical activities to
demonstrate skills throughout the duration of each course. Learners are expected to participate in learning before, during and after the course to encourage maximum transfer of learning and in order to address best practice in adult learning principles.
Our style is participative, facilitative with activities, discussion and contextualised learning conversations.
We will use self-reflection activities, case studies and scenario planning for each course.
