We recently required the services of MONERE Development Services to deliver their Envision Women Leadership programme for emerging female leaders at Savills.

We requested that this programme consider that we have female leaders with a variety of personal backgrounds so the programme needed to appeal to everyone which can be difficult. The approach mirrored this request, and all attendees loved that their individuality was taken into account.

The programme was delivered to the highest standard possible.  It was highly engaging, of high quality and a well-developed programme for the modern changing nature of work.  It was evident that it was well researched and the delivery felt personal.  We look forward to running it again.
